Spoiler: All the dinosaurs on exhibit at Jurassic Quest are in this video!

All of the extra-paid rides were shut down due to inspection failures, yet no mention was made and no refunds were offered. Instead, we were left with a lackluster, OVERPRICED experience that felt like a total scam.

Overall, this was a very disappointing event that wasted our time and money. It was a SCAM and totally not worth attending. Don’t just take my word for it; look up Jurassic Quest on BBB! The truth lies on that site.

After none of the rides were available and waiting in line for almost an hour, the only recourse we had was to email customer service:

  1. It felt like a scam to me too. It was definitely overpriced, the lines were super long, and the overall experience was disappointing. Not sure why there are any good reviews of this event, but it was not worth it for us. Thanks for you sharing your video and info. Hopefully, it will help save someone else some money and time.

    1. I hear you! It’s really frustrating when an event doesn’t live up to the hype, especially when it’s overpriced and overcrowded. Hopefully, sharing experiences like this helps others make more informed decisions before spending their time and money. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! πŸ‘

  2. I felt like Jurassic Quest was a scam too. Long lines, disappointing & inaccurate dinosaurs, broken & unsafe rides, the fossils were okay, but overall not worth the money or the time.

    1. Sounds like you had a similar experience! It’s so frustrating when you don’t get what you paid for, especially with the cost and long waits. The fossils were interesting, but overall, it just didn’t feel worth it. Hopefully, they improve things in the future! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

  3. Jurassic Quest was such a waste of money! The lines, expense, the disappointing animatronic dinosaurs, and the rides that didn’t pass inspection and weren’t safe! The whole experience was so regrettable! It’s very doubtful any of the positive reviews are actually real. They should be shut down! I wish I had looked up Jurassic Quest on the BBB before buying tickets. Lesson learned! Thanks for spreading the word

  4. I had high hopes for Jurassic Quest, especially after seeing the promotional material featuring life-sized dinosaurs and interactive exhibits. Unfortunately, the reality was a letdown in almost every way.

First, the animatronic dinosaurs looked worn out and cheaply made. Many of them had visible seams, patchy paint jobs, and jerky movements that were more comical than impressive. The “roaring” sounds were on a loud, repetitive loop, making the whole experience feel like a low-budget carnival attraction rather than a premium dinosaur exhibit.

The activities for kids were underwhelming. The “fossil dig” was just a sandbox with a few plastic bones buried in it, and the inflatable bounce houses were dirty and overcrowded. The lines for rides and photo ops were absurdly long, with wait times exceeding 30 minutes for just a few seconds of mediocre entertainment.

Worst of all was the price. Tickets were outrageously expensive for what amounted to a glorified petting zoo with a few lackluster dinosaur props. Add in the overpriced food, souvenirs, crazy lines, and parking, and it felt like a blatant cash grab.

If you’re looking for a fun, educational dinosaur experience, I’d recommend a natural history museum instead. Jurassic Quest was a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t take my kids back. Save your cashβ€”this “quest” isn’t worth it.
